Lynne Brown, ICF-PCC

Lynne Brown is a recognized leader with over 30 years’ experience as an aerospace and financial services executive team member, coach, and organization development consultant. Her practical, hands-on experience in organization change and start-ups was developed during her years with Fortune 500 companies including Sperry Aerospace, Honeywell, United Technologies, and American Express. Her innovative work as a leadership team member for the United Technologies Hamilton Standard, Mesa, AZ startup facility resulted in benchmarking requests by many Fortune 100 companies and training houses. Lynne received her MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine. She received her Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She has had her own coaching/consulting business since 1996 and her mission is “every voice is heard.”

Lynne is certified in numerous assessments: MBTI Step 1 and 2, FIRO B (when combined with MBTI creating an insightful Leadership Report), Thomas Kilman Conflict Styles (TKI), Emotional Intelligence Eqi), and Leadership Challenge. She also administers Strengthsfinder and Five Dysfunctions of a Team Assessments as well as designs custom assessments and surveys based on the needs of the client. Lynne is certified to facilitate all Franklin Covey courses, Managing Transitions through William Bridges, Polarity Management through Barry Johnson, and Leadership Effectiveness Training, She also administers various assessments through the Center for Creative Leadership. Lynne has extensive training in facilitation and team development while at Pepperdine and ongoing thought her years as a coach/consultant.
