Margo Boster, ICF-PCC

Margo Boster is an ICF credentialed PCC executive and leadership coach, incorporating neuroleadership and human development. Leadership is not theoretical to Margo. Prior to changing profession to be a full-time coach and consultant, Margo had more than 25 years of professional experience in senior leadership position in information technology (IT) and Health Information Management. She has a long history of helping organizations and the people within those organizations achieve goals they felt were beyond their reach.

By combining proven, real world experience with world-class education and training, Margo helps her my clients thrive. Her experience includes working with large corporations, small to mid-size companies, and federal, state and local government.

Some of the unique characteristics she brings to her coaching practice include coaching skills and techniques combined with yoga practices, the science of neuroleadership, adult meaning-making, and leadership experience.

Margo is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program and earned a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a bachelor’s in Psychology with an emphasis on organizational psychology from University of Maryland. She also has an Executive Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership through the NeuroLeadership Institute. Margo is completing certification in Leadership Maturity Coach from the Vertical Development Academy. She is also a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)-200 certified yoga teacher.

Margo is certified in several validated assessment instruments including, DiSC, MBTI, Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI), Center for Creative Leadership assessments, and several 360 assessment models including the Leadership Circle (TLC) and Center for Creative Leadership assessments.
